OUR JOURNEY
The Australian Business Chamber of Commerce Southern Africa (ABCSA) is a non-profit, member-driven organization committed to strengthening trade, investment, and commercial collaboration between Australia and Southern Africa.
27 January 2014
Established on the 27 January 2014 at the Johannesburg Country Club, ABCSA was inaugurated with the support of the Australian High Commission to deepen economic ties—particularly in sectors such as mining, where bilateral engagement was rapidly expanding.
Today, ABCSA provides a dynamic platform for individuals, SMEs, and large corporations to connect, exchange market intelligence, and pursue strategic partnerships. Through regular networking events, members gain valuable opportunities to build relationships, share industry insights, and explore new business avenues.
Australian High Commission and Austrade
The Chamber also keeps its community informed of business relevant information and events across both regions. Members benefit from enhanced visibility, using the ABCSA platform to promote their businesses throughout Southern Africa and Australia.
Aligned with and supported by the Australian High Commission and Austrade, ABCSA continues to champion bilateral trade and investment, offering unparalleled access to resources, networks, and strategic engagement opportunities.
