One of the benefits of membership is that current members can indicate their membership status by appropriate use of the Chamber’s name and logo on their websites, social media and other communications.

Please note that the context in which the name or logo is used must not suggest any support, endorsement or approval by the Chamber of the member, of any other person or of the products or services of any person including the member.

Alude Xuba
Alude Xuba holds a LLB and LLM (mercantile law) degree from the University of Pretoria and further holds a certificate in media law from the University of the Witwatersrand. Alude is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has worked for a large rail and logistics state owned company in its legal and compliance departments and has worked as an associate in banking and finance for an international law firm and as legal and regulatory counsel for a global fintech company. Alude is presently the founding director and lead attorney of Xuba & Associates Attorneys, a boutique law firm based in Fourways, Johannesburg, with a keen interest on corporate and commercial law, trade and investment law, intellectual property law, project finance and regulatory affairs. Their clients range from sole proprietors to start-up businesses, medium to large enterprises, family offices as well as philanthropical organisations. Xuba & Associates Attorneys also act for and against organs of state.
